Shipping & Returns
Processing takes anywhere between 1-20 business days depending on availability and orders in que. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once we complete and package the order we place it into the USPS tracking system, once they pick up the package(s) they are then responsible for the delivery time frame.
All orders shipped "Snail Mail" (5-7 bus. days) will ship USPS Ground. Orders shipped "Get it here quick!" (2-3 bus. days) will ship USPS Priority. Orders shipped "I need it like yesterday" (1 bus. day) will ship USPS Priority Express. Please note: if you paid for expedited shipping this only applies once the package is handed over to USPS, this does not include processing time.

Upon inquiry I Am Olivia Alexa LLC/Balance by Olivia Alexa LLC DBA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate the missing package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to sanitary and safety reasons we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your item(s) was/were damaged during transit a new package will be sent out upon return of the damaged package. To place a damaged package claim please send a email to: support@IAmOliviaAlexa.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your name, detailed description of the damage with photos, and the order and tracking number.
